About Mu’een

Built by those who lived the problem and treated it clinically.

Mu’een is a cloud-native home and remote healthcare platform designed as a structured system not a generic booking app. It connects care delivery to one permission-based cloud medical record, governed by clinical oversight and operational discipline.

Founding story

Mu’een was founded by Fahad Al Muzayan, a caregiver with deep commercial experience who personally navigates home healthcare challenges not as an observer, but as a daily reality.
Founder LinkedIn

The co-founder is Dr. Ebrahim Al Sawari, a surgical doctor directly involved in treating the founder’s father, forming a rare partnership between clinical authority and lived patient care.

This collaboration transformed real post-operative home-care pain points into a structured, medically-governed platform designed for execution not theory.

Mu’een is built by those who lived the problem, treated it medically, and now structure it at scale.

AI in Mu’een (Clinician-in-the-loop)
  • Surfaces signals from vitals, notes, labs, and timelines inside the unified medical record.
  • Flags risk patterns and prompts operations when a case may need review or escalation.
  • Operational reporting supports periodic summaries for management and care oversight.
  • Always clinician-governed: AI supports decisions, it does not replace licensed judgment.
